Approved Workers Are Not Ashamed

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who doesn't need to be ashamed, correctly teaching the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:15

What We Believe

We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is supernaturally inspired, so that it is inerrant in the original manuscripts and preserved by God in its verbal and plenary inspiration, so that it is a divinely authoritative standard for every age and every life. (Matthew 5:18; 1 Corinthians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21)

Our AWANA Program

Awana is a global, nonprofit ministry with fully integrated evangelism and long-term discipleship programs for ages 2 to 18 that actively involves parents and church leaders. Each week, more than 2 million children and youth, 330,000 volunteers and 260 field staff take part in Awana in 30,000 churches around the world. Offered through local churches, Awana reaches kids where they’re at and walks alongside them in their faith journey.

Our AWANA program teaches Bible verses to children so that they may "Hide the words in their hearts so that they may sin against God". During a AWANA Club night the children will have dinner, meet in age groups to work on memorizing verses, have a Gospel story time and game time.

A signed consent form is required before children get on the bus or participate in any activities. Click HERE to open the form.

AWANA is held on Wednesday nights. Dinner is served at 5:30 pm and ends at 8:00 pm.

Buses run into Jefferson County, East Helena and Helena to transport AWANA clubbers each AWANA night.

To arrange a ride please call AWANA commander Russ Geeraerts at (406)422-3774.
